Something magical happens when a good team comes together.
For all kind of knowing that the reason that I work from home half the time is for my own self and not saying anything about it, because I think they all know that I'm not doing it for like selfish reasons. It's like legit because I have like anxiety disorder. And I feel like they can all tell and they all are just like, yeah, honey. Go take care of your dog. Although also, to be fair, Chu's got fucking anxiety too, I just know more about where it came from than I'm letting on. Like, you know, it was hard-earned for both of us. I don't want to sit with my back to people all day. But I'm also really grateful. To my team, just because, they're so chill about it, and I don't know. I really like them. It's really nice having people that actually like, see that each other are humans, and that we have different, like, emotional needs and bandwidth, and, like, work styles. Like, everybody just knows that everybody's getting shit done and we're just doing it. And it's just really nice to have that care. More workplaces should have that. Flexibility, because it really helps trauma survivors, and really just anyone who has anxiety socially, which is only getting more and more. Rightfully so. I mean, it's tough out here. But anyway, yeah. That's it. I just, I think I just love my team and it's just, I'm just having a really good day at work. This is silly. Anyway.
